About a year ago, Google announced that they won’t support any more the universal analytics. With that said, we took all the actions to set up their new analytics system for all our clients, the well known Google Analytics 4. With less than 22 hours left for all the integrations to be completed, we found out that there are several issues with analytics gathering from three of our major sites.
Our teams have moved forward to the deletion of any previous code that could impact the analytics gathering process and installed a fresh new version of Google Analytics 4 tag. Until now, we haven’t received any information of those sites in the central platform of Google Analytics. We are concerned from the fact that those sites can’t connect even with this new install of their corresponding tags.
