Vasilis Skarleas Cloud is a web-based app that centralises several tools required for the management of a web project including hosting, domain name, analytics, professional emails, as well as project progress visualisation boards in case you have an active project with Vasilis Skarleas.

It’s a platform that simplifies the way you manage your web app or website, or how you communicate to your developer essential updates and requests, which is suitable for anyone that doesn’t have any advanced knowledge of the use of such systems. 

Vasilis Skarleas Cloud is the main central platform that provides all the different services as explained on the previous question. VScloud Connect is mobile app of the Vasilis Skarleas Cloud that can be found on the App store and Play store.

Moreover, VScloud Connect also refers to the Vasilis Skarleas Cloud as a service. 

When you have a VScloud Connect account, this account needs a subscription (a free or paid one) which marks the services associated with your account  and your support plan.

No, it’s not. You need a hosting plan only if you have a project that requires hosting. Your developer will inform you for any requirements. 

Vasilis Skarleas Cloud collaborate with third party providers for all the different hosting plans available as add-ons for your subscription. We work with leaders in technology’s world like Cloudflare, Hetzner and Google to provide reliable hosting for your unique project.

Starting from April 2023, all the Vasilis Skarleas Domains registrar operations are transferred to the secure core of the Vasilis Skarleas Cloud. 

This means that any new domain name registration, or domain name transfer to Vasilis Skarleas Domains registry, as well as any domain name renewal request, is handled via the Vasilis Skarleas Cloud core.    

You are paying for only what you are using for! This could be a hosting plan, a support service, a professional emails solutions (recurring payments) or any domain name services (one time payment)

You pay only for what you are using. If you have a domain name with us, only the domain name payment is needed. If you have a hosting plan with a domain name associated, you pay for both. If you have only a hosting plan associated with your account, then only the hosting payment is required. 

We accept PayPal and all the major credit and debit cards.

ATTENTION: We will never email you a payment link or ask for a bank transfer. All the payments are done via direct links that can be found on the corresponding sections inside your VScloud Connect account.

Anyone that has a web project with Vasilis Skarleas, as well as anyone that has registered a domain name via Vasilis Skarleas Domains or transfered a domain name to our registry.
